About the staff
Dr K.R. Unnikrishnan is the chief physician and the managing director. He has a long family Ayurvedic tradition and a medical degree (BAMS) from the Ayurvedic College in Trivandrum. He has developed a medical philosophy where he has included the traditional healing from the martial art of Kalaripayattu with his scientific training, a most rewarding combination. The staff consists of Dr Unni, assistant doctor(s) and specially trained gurukals from Kalaripayattu, male and female masseurs for traditional ayurvedic massages and traditional treatments, and assisting trainees, in all about 40 people.
